Armamento de la UOE

This is a journey for the history, to know the weapons that have used in the unit from their beginnings until our days, making stress in some that have been faithful and they have served well during many years.

The UOE has in fact been characterized to be the unit that besides the standard weapons of the Armed Forces it has also used diverse foreign armament. They were the first ones in using (for the special character of their commissions) suppressive sonic and mufflers, as well as assault rifles in caliber 5,56x45 NATO (223 r).

Regulative gun in the Armed Forces in caliber 9 mm. long (mod. B) that later was breeched to 9 mm. parabellum when adopting this caliber for all the units of the Armed Forces and of the NATO taking the name of Super B with a capability of 9 cartridges in the loader. It was an adaptation of the Colt 1911.

Gun of unique endowment in the UOE in caliber 9 mm. short, with a capability of 7 cartridges and a canyon continuation ended in a worm to be able to couple it a suppressive sonic, this weapon is perfect for the elimination of sentries or scouts with an extraordinary furtiveness.

One of the first ones of great capability, 15 cartridges in the loader plus one in the breech in 9mm p. with double action system and the possibility of endowing it with laser tracer or tactical lantern.

Based on the legendary German MP40 but with a canyon cooler and in caliber 9 mm. long with a capability of 32 cartridges in the loader and shot selector in the trigger, folding butt and short dimensions.

In caliber 9 mm. parabellum, completely metallic their shooting system was by early bolt, with a capability of 32 cartridges and folding breech.

Of British origin it was characterized to have the lateral loader and a integrated sonic suppressive bigger than the weapon, the 9 mm. parabellum subsonic ammunition made that it was precise and discreet, loader of 32 cartridges and folding breech. The UOE was the only unit of our country that used this weapon.

The most recent acquisition in the UOE, and of endowment in most of the special and police units in the world for their accuracy, reliability and benefits. With a capability of 32 cartridges of 9 mm. parabellum and retractile butt can mount all kinds of aim parts, tactical torches, sonic suppressives and laser.

A silenced integral version of the MP5 with the same features but more discreet.

The first machine-gunner assault rifle which the Spanish Army was endowed with. The A model was calibrated in 7,92 the same as the Spanish mauser Mod.1946. Also was designed an adaptation for the parachutists forces with folding butt and a loader of more capability. The B model unified all the units of the armed forces, with a new breech for the new cartridge used by the NATO, the 7,62x51 (308w) and a bipod was incorporated for help of the automatic fire.

Improving the pattern and accommodating it to the infantry soldier the Mod. C was created (called by all "CHOPO") with a wooden guards a little less heavy than the B model and without integrated bipod.

According to all the experts it has been the most responsible and accurate rifle that has been manufactured in our country. In the 80’s with the down payment of our country in the NATO, Defense, decided to adapt to the new caliber used by the alliance and the CETME L was created in caliber 5,56x45 NATO (223r) to endow to our troops. Two special versions were manufactured of this weapon: the LC (light short) and LV (light sight) but by budget problems the rifle was not of the prospective quality and soon was replaced by the new HK G-36 of German manufacture.

The assault rifle of endowment in the US Armed forces from the 60’s to nowadays, caliber 5,56x45 NATO in fiber and with a capability of 20 or 30 cartridges (it depends on loader) it was only used by the UOE.

A little older than the M-16 and in caliber 7,62x51 NATO, with capability of 20 cartridges and an exceptional accuracy, hard, responsible and heavy. Only the UOE used it.

The new assault rifle of the armed forces in caliber 5,56x45 NATO with some upper benefits and a reduced and very revisable weight and customizable. It is prepared so much for right-hander or left-hander shooters.

The aim system is by a 3,5 magnification sight although red points can be accommodated, propoints, holographic sights, night vision and telescopic sights only transferring him the loop of transportation. The setup lever turns to right and left 90º so that no shooter has problems to mount it. They have also been created two versions more than this rifle, the K (short) and the C (commando).
